It’s easy to use and allows you to customize its settings for better results. It can also be used to check the passwords’ strengths. If you’re looking for an easy program for this job, this is a good one to try out.

User-friendly

#1 Password Generator works really simple. You just have to click “Generate” and then the “Copy” button that shows up next to it to grab the new password. Under these two buttons are the password string and its strength gauge, which depends on the requirements set. You’ll have to manually configure those, like the special characters allowed to be used or the desired minimum and maximum length.

There are also just some toggleable options like including numbers, including special characters, and excluding ambiguous characters. These can be accessed in the Settings Tab, at the bottom menu bar. The password length slider, on the other hand, is already located on the main page with the Generate button—a minimum of 5 characters and a maximum of a whopping 50 characters allowed. 

If you happen to have a Windows Phone 8.1, you can set reminders on the app to change expired passwords. This program is also integrated with Cortana and can use voice commands like “Password Generator, Get New Password” and “Password Generator, Show Settings”. No need to worry about security since this tool won’t store or send your passwords online. You need to actually click the Copy button since your cursor can’t copy them.
